No, you can not return an item purchased in-store to us directly. Please follow the store's return policy.


We can, however, help with any technical questions about our products you buy in-store you have.

Annie only allows authorized resellers and distributors to purchase products at such prices. If interested, please visit our Retailers or Distributors page.


If you are a school, artisan, or salon, we suggest you look for seasonal deals on our website to save the most possible.

Your order status was emailed to you directly upon completeing your purchase. Please use the tracking number provided to check the order status with the carrier before contacting our customer service.
