Overview
Annie International, Inc. is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This policy outlines our shipping practices, available service levels, and estimated delivery timeframes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on two factors: the geographic location of the delivery address and the current carrier rates relative to the item's volume and weight (mass). The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No additional shipping charges will be applied after your order is placed.
Available Shipping Service Levels

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Damages, Delays, and Responsibility
We work hard to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. However, Annie International, Inc. is not liable for deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air or ground transportation strikes or delays, or transfers to local carriers. Packages undeliverable by the carrier will be canceled and refunded once received and processed back at our shipping hub.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at custcare@annieinc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
